Dropped by this restaurant around 2:30pm on a weekday, plenty of seats available, perfect for a chill late lunch. What We Loved: Chinese Chives Shrimp Ball & Shrimp Siew Mai – Both were delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and very wallet-friendly. Highly recommend these two. The So-So Stuff: Black Golden Salted Egg Bun – Looked fancy, but the taste was pretty average. Fragrant Braised Chicken Feet with Peanuts – Not very flavorful, could use more seasoning. Special Sauce Stir-Fried Radish Cake – Portion was generous and value-for-money, but taste-wise, just okay. Traditional Mala Cake – The biggest letdown. The bottom was soggy, which ruined the texture. Would skip this one next time. Not everything hit the mark, but with great prices and a few standout items, I’ll be back to explore more of the menu.

I love coming here in the morning on my day off to enjoy delicious dim sum with a cup of Kopi O. The restaurant is open until 3:00 PM, and while it can get a bit crowded during breakfast and lunchtime, the wait for a table is usually short. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options. What makes this place stand out among others in the area is the great service — the staff are always attentive, helpful, and friendly. Located on the corner just across from Green Haven condo, the restaurant is slightly set back from the main intersection. Even if you choose to sit outside, the noise from passing cars and motorbikes is minimal, making for a pleasant and relaxed dining experience.

the food here is really good and the price is affordable. in addition to that, the service here is really good as well. The staff’s were really nice to the customers and i will definitely come back for more food. There’s one waitress in particular, Shwe kwi, she’s been of great service during my experience here at the restaurant.

A dimsum restaurant with cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every dimsum we tried is delight. Their milk tea is beyond expectation. Great service from Ms. Shwe Kyi, she was very helpful and friendly, always making us feel welcomed.

We appreciated the large fans at the outdoor seating area—they were a great help in beating the heat. As for the food, it’s quite decent and better than most dim sum places in JB. The char siew bao was tasty, though a bit sweeter than usual, while the chee cheong fun leaned slightly on the saltier side. Service was a little disorganised, but we were seated fairly quickly. Interestingly, the servers are from Myanmar, yet they can speak both Mandarin and Malay, which was quite impressive.

A delightful discovery in Seri Alam! This restaurant has become my go-to spot for breakfast, and for good reason! As Dim Sum enthusiasts, my family and I were thrilled to find a place that serves authentic, mouth-watering dishes. The prawn-based Dim Sum was exceptionally impressive, with generous portions of succulent prawn meat in every bite! What sets this restaurant apart is its commitment to quality and value. Unlike other Dim Sum places, they don't skimp on ingredients, and the prices are very reasonable. I've already returned multiple times, and despite not being a local, I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in Johor. If you're a fellow Dim Sum lover, do yourself a favor and check out this hidden gem!
